FAQ- PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
1. How to place an order?
All products are categorized, you can see these categories on the left side of the website. You can explore these categories and when you seethe product that you need you have to enter the required amount in the field near and to click on "add to cart" button. When you are done adding products you can click "checkout" button. Put in your address information, choose shipping and payment methods. On the payment part you will be displayed "Shipping information" part of the website, you have to read and accept all terms if you want to purchase. After you have accepted the terms you have to click on "Continue" button. After finishing the order from "checkout" part, when order is confirmed, you'll get an email with details of your order. In case you dont receive this email, you can contact us and we'll send the order info manually to your email.
2 How and where do you ship your products?
We can ship anywhere in the World, there are few exceptional countries. You will receive your products in a plain, simple and discreet package.
3. How about payment methods? We have 2 common payment methods, there is minimum order limitations to use them when making an order. Those are:
-Bitcoin, 200$ We always recommend clients to use BITCOIN as it is the transfer method with least commissions and maximum discretion.
-WU, 400$ W.U. bans our receiver names all the time. So we had to impose a limit to minimise usage of receiver names.
4. Can I pay for my order by Credit Card?
Unfortunately we can not accept credit card payments. We use Bitcoin and WU.
5. Once my cycle is over, do I need to do anything else to come off the steroids?
You need to do a proper PCT and get your blood hormone levels tested afterwards to see if all came back to normal.
6. Are there side-effects of steroids?
There are short and long-term side-effects of steroids. We strongly advise you to become knowledgeable on and aware of all steroid side-effects before starting to use steroids. When used smartly, many side-effects can be avoided.

8. Is your packing discreet, what about customs, what if the package is seized?
We take care a lot of our security system and the packing of the products is as discreet as possible, that’s why the success rate of arrival and customs trespassing is great. In the case a package is seized we guarantee(for most countries except those listed on "Shipping information" section of the web site) that we’ll reship it for free after we receive a photo of the seizure letter from customs. In some cases-countries- where customs dont send letter we also reship, so letter is not a must.
9. Do you offer domestic shipping?
We offer domestic shipping for USA clients with our label, TP Domestic Line. For domestic clients in Turkiye, we send with next day delivery. Client can order all products to Turkiye address(except TP USA domestic products).Both shipping methods are customs risk free.
10. When can I see the expected arrival date of my package?

11. Is a signature required on arrival?
Yes, most of the times a signature is required.
12. Do you provide tracking numbers?
We are using different mail services, all of the packages are traceable and you will be given tracking code.
13. My package is late / How much I have to wait ?
It is normal that mail delays occur from time to time as the mail service is not stable. The delays are usually not big but in the case a big delay occurred, we’ll have to ask you to wait up to 30 days after the expected date and let us know at the end of this time frame if the package hasn’t arrived.-For expedited shipping, 5 days of a package not moving is enough to contact us about what to do next. After that, you’ll get further instructed.
14. I have bought this product from "another" source, can you check if it is genuine?
Unfortunately we dont make any positive or negative comments about products obtained from any other source/web site.
